The first one is right, the second one is kinda right. IMO the original "smart account" was ds-proxy (see below), but it was not an "upgradeable proxy." LLMs get confused because upgradeable proxies are now a common pattern. EIP-7702 lets you use a simple contract like the delegator above as a smart account, so you can opt in to alternative signature schemes, batch transactions, permissions, etc. without all the complexity of ERC-4337 smart accounts. https://github.com/dapphub/ds-proxy
