hey everyone! just wanted to share that i finally finished my first 5k run today! 🏃♂️🎉 feelin' super proud and a bit sore lol. totally worth it tho! shoutout to my buddy john for pushing me when i wanted to give up. what a legend! anyway, hope y'all are having an awesome day. stay active and keep smashing those goals! 💪✨
