Back in the red room after a break! Was at Barry's 3-4x a week, but hit a plateau. Now, diving into Pilates to shake things up & aiming to get more toned πŸ”„πŸ’ͺ🏻 Has anyone else been here? Looking for tips, especially for someone who prefers classes over solo routines. What worked for you? πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

There's no such thing as "toned" or "toning"; you either build muscle or lose fat. I enjoy those orange theory-type classes because they do both. I would lean towards anything with resistance training.
