When everywhere is silent in spaces of the mind,
Where shadows persists, secrets left behind,
There lies a world both intense and weak
A silent storm, a gentle storm
Some days are heavy, clouds move low,
In hollow deep where fears still grow.
Other days bring warmth and light,
With colors cool and laughter bright.
We climb, we fall, we forfeit our way,
Through unending night and hopeful day.
With courage born from silent pain,
We stand, we rise, we try again.
So let us honor every wound,
The battles fought, the dreams afar.
For healing comes in different ways,
In steps we take, in seeds we’ve planted
And though the journey may feel long,
You’re not alone you’re brave and strong.
Through every doubt there’s victory.
