Blood work came back clean, which means my next option is surgery(which I'll put off) not the best news but better than having a disease I guess lol

damn bro i'm also goin through some whack ass medical shit so I feel you and it's like some shit they just can't figure out all sorts of tests back negative just the same i got options to do some weird shit w/o even a diagnosis mortality is a bitch
