Who can I talk to at Farcaster about the upload limits for videos and GIF's, and about photo compression? I genuinely believe we can build up an incredible culture of art-sharing here (and onboard exponentially more artists/collectors/curators/galleries) with just a few tweaks to things. ๐ค

I paid 100 warps just so I could post this in the /farcaster channel. It would be a dream to see Farcaster become the frontier for art sharing.

I believe GIFs are limited to 10mb. Not 100% sure about videos, think they can be a little larger but need to be certain MP4 codec. Use handbrake to process any video files.

Yes, there is a need for that. I just don't know who to talk to. The current situation/ Only people with badges can post videos; those without can post videos on their timeline by converting them to GIFs of 10MB or less. To move videos and gifs uploaded to ZORA on the timeline, you need to set gifs as thumbnails.
