What would it take to onboard non-web3 natives to Lens? 

IMO it's mainly three things:
1. Abstracted UX nightmares
2. **Better ways to make money**
3. Fun!

IMO we need to turn lens into the best platform for creators to make money. 
IMO native subscriptions (using superfluid.lens) are what's missing
