I agree with you, but the story of the gatekeeper is full of contradictions. I'm in a difficult situation with the court-ordered custody arrangement for my child. Once, my son compared his dad to a mole – blind, living underground, digging tunnels beneath the city. I tried to capture that in a painting, but the result was mixed. Maybe I'll share it one day. I keep thinking about that mole – the gatekeeper, so it will probably show up here again. 😊
