No i don't think the tip should work without a cast action button 
This is a really proud moment to see 
$MASK tip action button on the top of the board for a long time.
And it is a new way to tip using only the cast action. 

But there should be changes i can suggest if we tip some amount then 50% of the amount would go to the caster and 50% would back to the tipper . Like we do on /powerfeed
