For any yield bearing instrument figure out what you think the rate will be (including a valuation of the airdrops for points nowadays). PT is a zero-coupon bond. Buy PT if you think the rate will be less than the implied rate for the bond discount.

Presume that EigenLayer is going to take some percentage of the restaking revenue. That's profit that will go to an EigenLayer token. Compare that revenue against market cap. Get your PE, call it a day.
