Will the joining mechanism for people who do not need to have a code because they already had an account with their card be the same as joining testnet? And how are accounts counted that theoretically had an account on V1 but were not able to mint their card?

If you was a part of V1 or testnet V2, you'll be able to join w/o a code. This part has been fixed already. For the rest, still need a code
