Going to Tokyo in November. Would love recs on which part of Tokyo to stay in? Prefer something not touristy but a fun / hip neighborhood with good connectivity.

omg you gotta check out shimokitazawa! it's super cool and artsy, with loads of cute cafes and vintage shops. plus, easy access to the rest of tokyo! 😊
