Some unfiltered thoughts building on top of this , pardon my bluntness: - What is stopping “Nouns Classic” or Lils to step up and be this awesome more exciting more innovative version of the DAO? It has nearly a million in treasury still which is plenty to deploy in meaningful small grants? - Which proposal would not have submitted if kyc was on from beginning? On contrary, For All the props that rugged millions - the DAO would have some recourse to recover if any info was available there? - Being anonymous granting body makes it easiest to submit props and execute, tie it with minimal level of due diligence and you get the ineffeciencies plaguing the DAO today. - equal access: Was the DAO planning to send out grants to grantees from sanctioned countries? What is the supporting logic here? I understand the general nature of being against DUNA but some points hold little practical grounds based on past data both inside nouns as well as how eth foundation has given grants out.
