Yesterday’s workout. I try to workout 5-6x a week, but it doesn’t always happen. That’s okay!

Took a few days off, but here was yesterday’s workout stats.

Inspired by @thebenmeadows.eth to post my workouts. He’s not the only one around here keeping fit. 😉💪 Yesterday, I did a PureBarre class on the Xponential+ app followed by some cardio on the rebounder. As a dancer, I always like to dedicate a little time after workouts to increase my flexibility.
