during our /base-my Hack Day event, we onboarded 16 attendees onchain by helping them set up their @coinbasewallet and gifted them basenames

how?
- we sent $0.50 to each of them to claim their basename
- thanks to the low cost of basenames and low gas fees on @base, $0.50 was more than enough, with extra to spare
- we also ran a raffle, gifting 3x 20 USDC and 3x 5 USDC to 6 winners in total, only those with a basename could participate

onboarding users onchain was so quick and easy on base 💙
