Both our hubs went down for unrelated reasons at the same time. For the 40 minutes that it took to recover: 

- Warpcast suffered stability issues
- Messages from warpcast were not sent to other clients
- Messages from other clients didn't make it to warpcast

Everything should be back to normal now
