How are the $TN100x that we can claim measured? I had almost 600K in tips but can only claim 50K 

Is it due to community points?

Also, I've sent my $TN100x from Ham L3 to Base bt haven't recieved anything. Do I have to do anything or just wait the 7 days?

I don't think the claim is 1:1, it sounds like your claim is about right. Also, you do indeed need to wait on the bridge.

Yes, ham chain L3 to Base takes 7 days. Not 100% sure but Decent let's you bridge seamlessly between chains.
