I’m being 100% serious in asking someone to clarify this tweet as I know politicians are intentionally vague, but I also might be in denial Is she implying that the people of Venezuela elected Maduro in a free and fair election?

Pre-election polls and exit polls show Maduro had less than 30% of votes, which if reflected in the actual election, would be the widest margin in Venezuelan history. Exit polls were conducted across the country in over 100 voting locations, and people completed the poll immediately after voting.
