right now, for many users on public EVM chains, there’s no real privacy

with Fluidkey, you get an ENS which returns a new self-custodial address every time it is called

this means that every incoming transaction is segregated and can’t be linked to your public address

This amazes me, can't believe I've never heard it before. Where I can find something that could elaborate the principle and the safe mechanism?
