It’s a state issue because of Trump and SCOTUS. Women are dying in states like Texas.

I don’t know what to say to someone who is ok with a family not only losing the baby they were looking forward to but needlessly loses the mother of that baby because of state laws

Plenty of state legislators seem to be OK with that or these laws wouldn’t exist.
