Cats

When the new cat try to enter the carton paper house where the existing group of 2 elder cats used to play, the elders threatened her and she ran away in fear.  Any ideas to get them into harmony faster?

We have adopted almond , a little skinny cat abandoned by cruel breeder.  She has been restrained from activities out of the cage for 2 years!  Hope she will gain back more weight n live happier with our love.
