I just saw a CICADA in my garden netting,  I have never seen one (IRL and alive)  before

It's very big and kind of freaky looking

I only saw one dead on the beach before,  this might explain the Wierd shrimpy looking grubs I found in early spring when I was prepping the soil 🦐
