- waking up refreshed and healthy. easy to take for granted but after being sick, hungover, rundown, etc I always have renewed appreciation for feeling near 100% to start the day

- sunscreen because it enables me to enjoy the sun without having to nurse sunburns afterwards. bonus appreciation for mineral based sunscreen that’s better for the environment

- flexible working hours. I can accomplish more and feel more fulfilled when I’m able to plan my day with some flexibility. I think it’s a relatively uncommon job benefit but very important to me so I’m super grateful to have it
