For example, being able to get coffee at a cafe, taking a walk in the park,
a houseplant that doesn't complain when you can't water it, or instant ramen that you can eat right away.

Oh no😭😭 I feel bad that I didn't catch up with you yesterday. Twisted ankle takes time to heal. Make sure to put your leg elevated above your chest when you lie down, so that blood doesn't pool in your ankle. It really helps with pain and swelling🥺Hope you feel better soon!🫂

Is this your first time twisting your ankle? I’ve twisted mine so often that the doctor remembers my name😂 He told me to be careful even when it feels okay (like 2-3 weeks after the injury), because it might not be fully healed yet. Even if there’s no pain, I recommend wearing an ankle brace for at least a month, even if the weather is hot🥹💕Take care!

Thank you. I was sleeping a little flat, so I tried to raise my legs a little higher. It's gotten a little better since yesterday, but it's going to take some time.
