Lior - launch mode 💪
@lior
Building in public is a double edge sword - you get immediate dopamine push when people engage and react to your story, but if they don't - it's becoming harder to move forward Did you guys experience similar feelings ?

Yep, it’s not for everyone. I also felt a burden to stay super active & engage a community back in the day working for a blockchain protocol with 500-1000 pretty active community members in the day-to-day chats hoping for good news in 2018/19 while prices continued to go south.. obv no activity, updates is 10x more negative when being a solo public builder from the start. Would at least make a content plan, incl small updates to keep the good news/momentum flows going or adjust expectations as it doesn’t help anyone if you’re caught up in day to day comms vs building value. At the same time it’s def a superpower when done right, when you get support from a tight knit group and look for 3rd party contributors &or growing a community & vibe - hopefully of value-adders, not people just demanding more and more and starting to piss you off 😂

no one will ever care about your thing as much as you, but no other way to find loyal users without speaking about your thing and getting ppl excited about your vision for it

It can get frustrating when nobody seems to care. Better to figure that out sooner than later
