When prediction markets frame ? Reply to any cast with this frame and open an under/over prediction market over that cast performance (likes, recasts, comments, views.

This is something we were building on @DAOSTACK back in 2019, called Holographic Consensus - voters could up/down vote proposals, with stake.

Dreaming a global organism. Trying to bring it closer with http://common.io . 

The idea is that in a noisy feed of proposals, how do you get people's attention? Let people stake on those proposals stakers think majority of voters will find relevant proposal. If they are right and proposal is passed - they are rewarded for signaling to the network.
