If I was running Warpcast, I'd be laser focused on Search & Expertise type features

True, though there is a niche full of players focusing on the talent protocol aspect. 

Eventually there is a good chance all of these networks will integrate over to a single social graph, but until then we're gonna see a lot of fragmentation imo
