Corporate Landlords using AI to get around price-fixing laws: https://breachmedia.ca/canadian-mega-landlord-ai-pricing-scheme-hikes-rents/ Dream Unlimited is the landlord in question, and their website touts them as a friend of communities. Of course their whole plan is to gouge communities because capitalism I guess.
