I really want this industry to succeed and show mainstream consumers the benefits of things being onchain... but we *really* need to stop chugging the Kool-Aid and hyping up unrealistic UXs that will never be tolerated by the masses It's such an echo chamber sometimes it's frustrating

Omg it’s so easy to make money with crypto! First make a wallet and write down your seed phrase. No no don’t put it in your notes app where you keep literally everything else, write it down on a piece of paper and put it in your safe. You don’t have a safe? Buy one then put your seed phrase paper in it. Ready to log in? Okay download a browser extension and log in…but don’t log into TOO many sites you may get hacked. No there’s no guidance for what is a safe site, just check the official Twitter handle to make sure the URL is good. No there’s no way to verify the official Twitter handle and the website was last updated in 2021. You know what just use wallet connect 💀
