1. Most raw tomatoes are bad, esp. outside of peak season. 2. Top 10% are an S tier food. 3. Raw to cooked transformation might be GOAT.

1. Most raw tomatoes in the US are bad (I don’t know why I am high-roading you on this, Canada is also pretty bad) In Europe it feels like tomatoes are actually good by default and a bad tomato is an exception.
