Earnest Question: 
Why do we celebrate random windfalls on FC?

Obv I understand the 1st order reaction of more money = good

But is it tacit approval of some other kind of mechanism?

Is it evidence that there’s so much value being captured there’s plenty to spare?

Something else?

I do think it’s mainly “friends got money, friends use money to make life better”.

But I also think it’s some evidence that we are “in the room where it happens”.  So much of crypto pumps seem to happen in shady TG chats, it’s nice to see it happen in public on FC. This is why we are here, no?

Imagine a world where tokens gain value not through shady backroom deals, but through hard work in public where everyone can see!

Seems like the system we have been promised with crypto.

This is the kind of thoughts I’m looking for!

I honestly feel there’s something more at play that people get value from, but couldn’t quite describe it.
