Does anyone else get frustrated by how much stuff they have?

I’m out of space but also have no desire to increase it either. 

There’s a build up of things that have survived multiple deep cleanings. Difficult to throw away; too much work to sell. It accumulates.

I want to start over but feels wasteful.

I did a year of travelling and sold a TON of stuff beforehand.  As a result it was easier to keep minimalist after I came back.

One tip that helps me is to put things you rarely use in a box in the closet and then go through that box once a year.  Knowing I haven’t reached for something helps me let go.
