Something thatās been really helpful to me is a time budget. I build in things like focus/research/dicking around. When I know the time for focus is built in, I donāt mind Ā«Ā wastingĀ Ā» time. That wasted time can also lead to inspiration. This only works if you have a strong prioritization of commitments
