The Cayman Foundation was pushed as a "battle-tested" fix, but now it's magically ineffective? And, surprise, they're rushing us into a new structure that’s barely six months old, without any clear intentions. This whole urgency feels a bit too convenient, almost like it's designed to manipulate the social layer and steer the narrative. Feels like we’re being played. 🤔

Not super up-to-date on this, but did they create a Cayman Foundation and then decide to stop using it and move to a DUNA? Or did they not make a Cyman Foundation after all for reasons?

The Cayman foundation's been around since 2022, acting as the veto holder and legal proxy for Nouns. The proposal is to sunset the Cayman foundation and turn Nouns itself into a non-profit under the new DUNA law instead. https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/39
