Hey! I hope this table will help for someone to lose weight, to lose your weight you actually don't need to do fitness a lot, you can just eat less! ๐ In age 16, I was a bit overweight and I'm had started doing trains at home just for 30m per day and eat less than usual and already after 3 month I lost 8kg, so it works๐
