I’ve only skimmed through the landing page. So far this looks very similar to Bostrom’s 2003 simulation argument: life will evolve to having the technological ability to simulate infinitely many worlds, ergo it’s more likely than not than we live in one such world and that its creators are functionally god-like

Yeah. A generalization of the Simulation Argument is part of the Creation Argument. The logic and math don’t depend on any particular creation mechanism, simulation or otherwise.
