Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) will implement new anti-money laundering (AML) rules, on top of VASP requirements, on November 30, a month earlier than initially planned. Failing to comply with the new rules will result in up to two years in prison and a fine of over $150,000 USD.
