Not exactly a garden update but it seems my helper has betrayed me. I turn around only to see this grumpy ham standing on the table trying to steal my sweet bean nectar. She gets a 3/10 for assistance today

Anyone have parental distress or trauma in their life? If so, this is definitely the book for you then. Not quite finished but WOW, what an eye opener. The best part is it gives you short written exercises to really keep you engaged. Strongly suggest for anyone trying/hoping to repair a relationship with a parent.
