/farville has a new onboarding! early cohorts were retaining well - 30%+ Week 1 - but newer ones dropped to 8% 😬 we’re rolling out a smoother intro that walks new players through the core game loop: plant, fertilize, harvest, repeat. let’s see if this helps more players stick!
