add price fluctuations on the system market simliar to drugwars, and let me buy finished fruit (and sell seeds) - then trade will be meaningful and picking&purchasing crops will be more strategic

I like! Iโve played a game called thiscursedmachine that was launched on redstone. It was a crafting game where you start with 1 token (BUGs) and you got to process that token as a crafting material between different machines, including your self. Like ovens and boilers. Every crafting item was itโs own ERC-20 and I thought that was the coolest idea! They had a crazy number of tokens like red bull, juul, different drugs, all types of materials like rubber or glue. So itโd be dope if we could grow crops and share them together and maybe even craft them like cooking recipes. Thereโs a pumpkin token mooning right now on Sol, imagine we could grow sugarcane wheat and pumpkins to combine into a pumpkin pie and it was itโs own token? Thatโd be dope, but I totally get that thereโs loads of risks and problems to solve there.

You could do A/B testing, fork the frame and have one with on chain economy and one without to see what players like better ๐ค An on chain economy would be hard to rebalance and there'd be inflation from growing crops. I'm sure you've considered this but it's really interesting to think about.

Definitely not opposed to the idea. Big decision though. Would potentially make the xp leaderboards less important, unless there were leaderboard rewards maybe?
