I’m on a quest to get more people to use a .eth as their Farcaster username. If you don’t use your .eth as your username, why not and what would make you change your mind?

What would it take for you to do everything for me? 

I’m not willing to pay in anything other than dad jokes… also, why are you so bullish on .eth as a user name?

ENS is a universal username

I envision a world where everywhere else you go on the internet, your various farcaster social graph (along with others) follow you and provide value to you by the apps that surface the information

When traversing apps, people need universal identifiers, otherwise, apps have to make a choice of what identity to surface which can be confusing for the user if you are zachharris.fcast.id or somethingelse.eth

Farcaster today seems a lot like twitter, farcaster tomorrow is something else entirely :)

For example: if a bridge app told me which of the people I follow have used it before, or a wallet tells me if the person I'm sending USDC to is followed by my friends as well, or a leaderboard in a game I'm playing surfaced the people closest to me in my farcaster social graph and told me their scores
