What emotional value do you want? Just climb a mountain and call it a day. When you don't want to think and feel physically sluggish, go get close to nature, climb a mountain! Full of greenery, crisp bird calls, babbling streams, climbing up and down cliffs. Every step releases built-up negative emotions. Upon reaching the destination, it feels like completing a 'spiritual detachment.' Continuously 'sorting oneself out' along the way. After arriving, 'clearing everything out.' Emotional value is certainly important, but healing oneself can actually be very simple.🏔️
