Participation hasn't slowed a ton recently, we just need to do more outward marketing.. we've had people come in, receive delegation and pass props in the last few months.. would we want to see it become easier than that? :/ ... I think the bar should be left a bit higher.. either you buy the 8 you need or you earn delegation through participation and joining calls / taking the time to figure it out.”
