“I believe this has potential as an impactful story that could inspire others, but believe was approached in the wrong way . Do think the lack of engagement from our community says more about our community than the proposal itself though. 

Proposer should have taken more time, attempted to get more involved at Lil Nouns, as advised, which would help to assure the community this is not an opportunistic attempt to rug. Voting to signal that I believe we should fund things like this, but that I believe this will not pass, as I told the proposer prior but they were adamant I put it on chain.”
