Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
nonstick cooking spray
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
6 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked ham
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 7x11-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
2. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese and 1 slice of ham on each breast, roll up, and secure with toothpicks.
4. Place chicken in baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, and bake for 30-35 minutes until no longer pink.
5. Top each breast with 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese and return to oven for 3-5 minutes until melted.
6. Remove toothpicks and serve immediately.
