Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
24 pitted dates
4 ounces honey-flavored goat cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
8 slices bacon, cut into thirds crosswise
24 toothpicks
1/4 cup hot honey, or as needed

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Cut dates lengthwise. Mix goat cheese and rosemary, then stuff dates with the mixture. Wrap each date with bacon, secure with a toothpick, and place on the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Broil for 1-2 minutes until bacon is browned and crispy. Remove, place on a serving platter, and drizzle with hot honey.
