Amazon has unveiled its first quantum computing chip, a design that will enable the company to build highly efficient hardware systems, CNBC reports .

The processor is called Ocelot and has nine qubits. For comparison, Google's largest solution to date, Willow , has 105. The benchmark is a million qubits, in which case the technology will be able to work even with some problems.
