One thing came up to me today is that: can we actually diminish hierarchy? Is hierarchy a bad thing for the people?

Honestly I don’t think in the end we will actually realise the ideology of socialism whilst diminishing the static status of social hierarchy and allowing up flows of talented people could be the ultimate solution.

Great point! Hierarchy can sometimes stifle innovation, but if we focus on merit and give talented individuals the chance to rise, we might find a more balanced and dynamic society.
