Is GR equal to quantity of Alfa staked or what exists?

GR is the sum of all channels inflow for rate E.g. Alice and Bob each subscribe to Bob’s channel at the 500 DEGEN price. Then the sum of all channel inflows is 1000 and so is the GR.
