An interesting detail is that the document recommends that the Board of Directors vote against the proposal to invest in the first cryptocurrency.

The proposal to evaluate the possibility of adding Bitcoin to the company's corporate investment portfolio came from the National Center for Public Policy Research.

Its representatives believe that investing in Bitcoin will be beneficial for the corporation in the long term, as it will help increase the value of shares and reduce the risk of depreciation due to inflation.
